     Sewage Lifting Station

  • Air Conditioning System

     Heating System
     Ventilation System
     Chilled Water System

  • Fire Fighting System

  • Swimming Pool Mechanical System

  • Central Vacuum System

  • Steam and Condensate System

  • Comprised Air System

  • LPG System

  • Fuel System

  • Irrigation pumps and pipe network will be coordinated with the Irrigation System Consultant

  • Storm (rain) water drainage system within the building

  • Energy conservation study of existing facilities can be a part of the Consultant's scope under a separate contract

  • Water fountains will be coordinated with the water feature consultant for mechanical requirements

  • Building Management System

ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Electrical works should include (but not limited to) the following systems
  • Artificial, normal and emergency lighting systems

  • Normal power distribution systems

  • Essential power distribution systems, emergency generator, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system and automatic transfer switches

  • Telephone System

  • Public address, paging and music systems

  • MATV System

  • Clock System

  • Vertical Transport System (elevators and escalators)

  • Security and surveillance, CCTV and acoustics sound systems will be coordinated with the specialist consultants for electrical requirements

  • Where interior designer is consulted, lighting and furniture layout of all public areas shall be coordinated for electrical requirements

  • Side Lighting

  • Computer Network Empty Conduits

  • Fire alarm system and monitoring

  • Audiovisual

  • Queuing System

  • CCTV System

  • Bill of Quantities
